Short Bio

Antonio Krüger is the CEO and Scientific Director of Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz GmbH (DFKI), as well as the Scientific Director of the Cognitive Assistance Systems research department at DFKI. Krüger has been a professor of computer science and head of the Ubiquitous Media Technology Lab at Saarland University since 2009 and is an internationally renowned expert in human-machine interaction and artificial intelligence (AI). His research focuses on intelligent user interfaces, user modeling, cognitive sciences, and ubiquitous computing. Professor Krüger studied computer science at Saarland University, completing his doctorate in the subject in 1999.

Antonio Krüger ist CEO und wissenschaftlicher Direktor der Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz GmbH (DFKI) sowie wissenschaftlicher Direktor des Forschungsbereichs Kognitive Assistenzsysteme am DFKI. Seit 2009 ist er Professor für Informatik und Leiter des Ubiquitous Media Technology Lab an der Universität des Saarlandes. Prof. Krüger ist ein international angesehener Experte der Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion und Künstlichen Intelligenz (KI). Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen in den Forschungsgebieten Intelligent User Interfaces, User Modeling, Cognitive Sciences und Ubiquitous Computing . Er hat an der Universität des Saarlandes Informatik studiert und 1999 seine Promotion in Informatik abgeschlossen.
